LEFT:
This was my first attempt at taxidermy work.  Not bad for a beginner.

RIGHT:
Same deer as on the left.  I just added a plaque and took it up to Camp Drafty.   I think it looks much better with the plaque.

The fish to the right is one that was caught by Hope and weighed about 5 pounds.  Now there is much controversy as to whether hers, mine, or her brother's was the largest.  I'll just say mine was pretty fat and may have tipped the scales just a few ounces over the competition.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

LEFT:

This was a gag gift for my dad.  It's amazing, even the Squirrels in PA like to fish!

RIGHT:
Here is the first of many fish I mounted. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the rest of them.

The latest additions to the wall. I still need to make a plaque for the spike and the spikes rump.  Excuse the poor quality, these shots were taken with my Logitec Quick Cam.

Last years spike was killed with a bow just like the fork horn.  Archery is the only way to hunt.  spike2.jpg (14633 bytes)

These Rio Grande's were shot in Texas about 10 seconds apart and happen to be the first turkeys I ever shot.  What a way to get your first birds!  I got a third a few days later but haven't mouted the tail yet.

I finally added the third bird.  I wish I would have gotten my limit this season but 3 out of 4 isn't too bad.  Try again next year.

That's about it for now, hopefully I will add more this season!
